The Leadville 100. It’s not just any race. Definitely not for the faint-hearted. Leadvilleraceseries.com describes it as “one hundred miles across the high-altitude, extreme terrain of the Colorado Rockies, this event was created for only the most determined athletes.”
Pretty intense.
This year, Team Specialized athlete, Annika Langvad, one of the Little Bellas (blog post to come soon) mentors that I had the opportunity to photograph a few weeks ago at the UCI MTB World Cup at Mont-Sainte-Anne, not only won the race, but she crushed the previous women’s record by 18 minutes!!
